The Effect Crowdfunding Has on Venerable Nonprofits Raises Concern

Founding Executive Director Kat Rosqueta quoted in a NYT piece that discusses the recent phenomenon of crowdfunding and the fear that it may divert funding from established nonprofits. Kat notes that crowdfunding should be viewed as an additional tool to raise awareness.
